Skip ahead and look at the planning flow chart. It might look quite ominous but actually I am quite confident that there is no more than a few topics that, on it's own could not be completed in a few hours! So if you can use this section of the book to make a step by step plan, getting your new business up and running, should not be too tough. So sharpen your pencils and get planning.
Some of the topics are optional and we will talk more about them. Some of the topics you can ignore, depending upon which options you choose at various times. And some topics are ongoing. That is you can simply revisit and progress them on a regular basis at a time scale decided by you. So you can continue development of you business before full completion.
I will talk you through the plan now, pointing out options as we go. You might want to skip ahead and pre read some parts in order to fine tune your own plan. My flow chart is just a rough guide. Make your own plan because when you have a plan and you know exactly what your doing and where your business is going, you will be more motivated and achieve better, faster results.
